Partners control their listed perks, monthly limits, active status, and redemption instructions.

Partner staff must confirm redemptions inside the FitFamily scanner. A redemption is logged only after the confirmation step.

Partners agree to honor active perks shown to eligible FitFamily members unless a perk has been paused or ended in the Partner Portal.
