Studios are responsible for maintaining accurate member rosters and confirming that uploaded members are eligible for FitFamily access.

Members may redeem active perks only through their own account and active device. Sharing QR codes or accounts may result in access removal.

FitFamily may change, pause, or remove perks during a pilot as partner availability and business rules evolve.
